We do not offer one-off cleans. BIN2CLEAN operates a subscription-only model. We firmly believe that the best way to keep bins hygienically clean and smelling fresh is through regular monthly maintenance! By adopting a subscription model, we're able to keep our prices affordably low for all of our customers. Regular cleans, mean less surprises for our operators on route, plus subscriptions enable us to reliably plan and optimise our routes throughout the weeks and months, meaning a more efficient service and one where our operators get to know each individual route, client and bin - all those time savings can be passed back to our loyal customers.

Absolutely not. All of our cleans are charged in the same way, we don't believe in punishing customers for wanting to turn over a fresh leaf with their bins. We understand that most wheelie bin cleaning operators up and down the country charge three times or even four times as much for the first clean with a new client, but we prefer to get your bins ship shape the first time and then maintain that sparkle month after month thereafter - all charged exactly the same way.

We will try to accomodate your first clean as soon as possible, but due to the popularity of so many of our routes, depending on your precise geography it's not always possible to schedule you in straight away. Please allow between 4 and 8 weeks, though often we will attend sooner than that. If there is any specific urgency, then please do feel free to give us a call after subscrbing with your specific problem and we will do our best to slot you in sooner if possible

We recommend a monthly clean to keep your bin hygienic, odour-free, and pest-resistant — especially during warmer months when bacteria and smells build up faster. That's why, with our annual subscription, we automatically prioritise a higher frequency of cleans in summer and visit slightly less often in the winter. Your bins stay fresh all year, without you needing to lift a finger.

Nope! We clean your bin on your normal collection day. We'll always let you know via text message the day before we're coming, including which bin or bins we're scheduled to clean — especially helpful if you're on one of our multi-bin cleaning packages. You'll also receive a follow-up text after the clean is complete, so you know your bin is fresh, clean, and ready to be brought back in.

No! We bring everything we need with us, to every job, and that includes our own disinfectant-treated water supply!

We'll always send you a text message the day before any cleans, so you'll know that we're coming in plenty of time. Additionally, in all but very exceptional cases, we'll be cleaning your bin the same day that the council refuse collectors have been, or the day after. So you can keep to your regular routine and then simply collect in your emptied & cleaned bin, as soon as you receive our 'job complete' text message from the moment it's been cleaned

Yes! We offer food caddy cleaning as an optional add-on service, along with garden waste bin cleaning. During checkout, you'll see our add-on services conveniently listed on the left-hand side of the page. If you add food caddy cleaning to your package, we'll clean it during your regular visit — and we'll include it in your text reminder the day before.

If you select garden waste bin cleaning as part of your package, we'll clean it alongside your usual bin service — and you'll get a reminder the day before so you know we're coming.

After thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorising your wheeled bin, we will always return it to the place we originally found it — typically where it was left by the council refuse collectors earlier that same day. In rare cases that we find your bin in an unexpected location, we'll always attempt to return it to the spot we'd ordinarily have found it. Your bin is always handled with care and returned neatly.

Yes, our process is designed to be both effective and environmentally responsible. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products which are tough on dirt and bacteria, but gentle on the environment. It's our priority to keep pets safe, protect local wildlife, and preserve our precious waterways. We avoid the use of more basic trailer-mounted machinery and other more manual varieties of cleaning equipment, favouring our highly specialised (bright orange!) wheelie bin washing truck, which helps to ensure as much foul water as possible is kept safely contained within its closed system, keeping it away from roads, pavements, and drains. At the end of each day, we responsibly dispose of the collected, multi-stage filtered waste water in accordance with the Water Industry Act 1991, as agreed with the appropriate local Water Management company.
